Caveats and Disclaimers:

1) This is a joint collaboration between a MBA student and a non-profit. Since you don't have formal authority in non-profits (for the most part), it can never work as efficiently or predictably as a for-profit organization or a restaurant. Thus, there may  be variations in food quality in a week or across weeks, but we will do our best to accommodate your views. 

2) Please note that we are dependent on the quality of traffic in Ann Arbor downtown, I-94 or I-96 for delivering the food @ 5pm at Ross Business School. The traffic is out of our control. When the food arrives, an email notification will be sent out to the people who pre-ordered food on that day. Your understanding for this constraint is appreciated.


3) We will deliver only if we have a minimum demand of 15 plates in a day. It does not make sense to drive 1 hour each way to deliver less than 15 plates. If the demand is below the threshold, we will inform everyone who has pre-ordered and pick it up when the demand picks up again.
